Xiaomi Helium 2017 with 617 Snapdragon processor spotted in Geekbench

The site of the synthetic benchmark Geekbench was discovered unknown smartphone Xiaomi Helium, built on eight-processor midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 clocked at 1.4 GHz. Xiaomi Helium runs on an atypical version of Android 7.1.2 Nougat, probably we are talking about the latest version of MIUI shell.

It is also known that Xiaomi Helium receive 3GB of RAM. Helium Xiaomi other specifications were not disclosed, which somewhat complicates the identification of the apparatus. The Helium Xiaomi 2017 chipset has its octa-core CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz, while the reported RAM is 3 GB.

The listing also reveals the Helium Xiaomi phone will come with Android 7.1.2 Nougat. Since it is a Xiaomi, you can bet it has the MIUI on top of that. The Xiaomi Helium is likely just a model name rather than what the device will use when it launches.
