Huawei Mate 30 should be the first smartphone with a waterfall screen
Resource Slashleaks has published new photos that demonstrate, according to the author of these images, the smartphone Huawei Mate 30 in the hands of the user.
The smartphone is placed in a special transportation case, which allows you to protect it from all kinds of leaks at the testing stage and transfer it between different departments.
According to the source, Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro may be the first smartphones in the world with the so-called “waterfall screen” or waterfall screen.

The preparation of such smartphones has already been reported by Chinese companies Oppo and Vivo. It is worth noting that Vivo and Oppo belong to the same BBK group. The bottom line is that the side edges of such a screen are much more curved than the smartphones we are now familiar with – almost at a right angle.
In this case, we are shown that the main camera is supposedly located in a vertical block in the upper left corner of the rear panel. However, most likely, this is not so, and the real camera is hidden under the plastic cover of the case.
The photo of the front panel fully confirms the design that we saw recently. The Huawei Mate 30 front camera will include two image sensors and will be located in a small neckline such as a bang or a monobrow.
The official debut of Vivo NEX 3 with such a screen is expected in October, and HuaweiMate 30 should be the first smartphone with a waterfall screen, the announcement will take place in September.
