Published images of a canceled Samsung smartphone without Galaxy A series buttons
A few months ago, rumors about Samsung’s preparation in honor of the tenth anniversary of the release of the first smartphone of the Galaxy series with a new full-screen design completely devoid of buttons were born on the web. It was assumed that to control the device, you will be able to use pressure-sensitive areas of the screen.
The Ice Universe blogger, who gained fame thanks to the repeated publication of leaks about Samsung devices, tweeted an image of a buttonless smartphone, which the company decided to abandon.
On the left is the render of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 phablet, and on the right, we see a mysterious device with the same screen as mentioned in the rumors with the Galaxy Note 10 – the canceled project “R6”.

Ice Universe previously reported that Samsung canceled the R6 project after Huawei had problems with the US government, which, according to many experts, decided to eliminate this company from the US market as a competitive threat.
But Huawei is still preparing for the release of the flagship smartphone for the fall. The Mate 30 Pro, which is rumored to have a full-screen design with a cutout at the top of the display for the front-facing camera and sensors.
