Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will be presented in only two versions – the Ultra version is not worth the wait.
We have already received confirmation that the South Korean giant Samsung is working on a new Galaxy Note 20 smartphone. And day by day, the new details about the future smartphones are coming to the network.
And yet, thanks to an industry source and well-known analyst Ross Young, some evidence has emerged about which devices in the new series are worth the wait and which aren’t.
- Samsung will deprive all budget smartphones of an important advantage
- The “new version” of the “Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra” goes on sale
- New radical Samsung Galaxy Note20 (2020) seen in the official commercial
- Samsung Galaxy Note20 Alternative – LG Stylo 6 (2020) with stylus and other great features
According to the source, the future flagship will be presented in two versions – Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Plus. At the same time, the announcement of the Ultra-version of the phablet from Samsung is not expected.
As the source indicates, the Plus version of the Galaxy Note 20 will receive a large OLED display ranging in size from 6.8 to 6.87 inches. For its production, low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) will be used. A similar display is used, for example, in the smartwatch Apple Watch Series 5.
The screen resolution of the new items will be 1444 × 3096 pixels. The density of pixels per inch is 497 PPI. According to the source, the device will receive the most energy-efficient display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz on the market. And this, in turn, will positively affect the battery life.

By the way, Ross Young adds that you should not expect the same screen refresh rate in the regular version of the smartphone.
According to the latest official data, the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series of smartphones is expected in the second half of the year. Other phone specifications, features, and exact price of the smartphone are not officially disclosed.
