A few weeks ago, Realme confirmed the development of a smartphone with a 64-megapixel camera. Now Realme CEO Madhav Seth has posted an image with the official announcement of the mysterious smartphone in his Twitter account. The presentation will take place on August 8 at an event in India.
It is noteworthy that the smartphone Realme should be the first of its kind device that received a 64-megapixel camera. Earlier, the company confirmed that India will become the first country in which a new Realme smartphone with a 64-megapixel camera will appear.
It is expected that the main sensor in this smartphone will be the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor with a large pixel size of 1.6 microns. It is created in accordance with the technology Tetracell, the use of which allows the camera to generate 16-megapixel photos, even in low light conditions.

It is also worth noting that in addition to the 64-megapixel main sensor, three additional sensors will be installed, the parameters of which are still unknown.
Most likely, the new Realme device will be able to provide ample opportunities in terms of taking photos and videos. Recall that last year the smartphone Realme 2 was announced in August, and a more productive version of Realme 2 Pro officially appeared in September.
It can be assumed that the 64-megapixel smartphone will be part of the Realme 4 series. Given that the device has a main camera consisting of four sensors, it cannot be ruled out that it will become a premium-class device opening a new series of smartphones of the brand.
