For a very long time, Chinese companies have been creating fake copies of certain things. So it was with headphones, sneakers and other popular products, the cost of which in official stores is extremely high, and it is often impossible to buy really desirable things. A lot of time has passed since then, and now some Chinese factories have begun to massively forge Huawei and Xiaomi smartphones, which are then sold in stores. Because of this, there is a chance of running into a fake, and it’s about clones that have nothing to do with the original product.
This is not some kind of counterfeit products, but the creations of completely different companies using the Huawei and Xiaomi brands in order to make their mobile devices in demand. Since this is a mass fake of trademarks of local Chinese companies, the Chinese government decided to intervene in this matter.
- Huawei executive “Richard Yu” discovered using “Mate X” foldable phone
- Smartphones Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro protective case appeared on the network
- Xiaomi Redmi X – a stunning killer Samsung Galaxy S10
As a result, a major investigation was conducted, following which, at one of the factories in the country, the police seized a consignment consisting of more than 600 devices with the Huawei logo. How much has already gone on sale – to find out to law enforcement officers?
They were engaged in the production of fakes in the basement of one of the apartment buildings, and the owners of such a “plant” rented space in the basement for storing any items. It is noted that all the phones were assembled by hand, and on one mobile device, it took less than half an hour.
Each employee was responsible for the implementation of a specific process, thanks to which smartphones were assembled in just 10 to 15 minutes. Also, right at this mini-plant, a packaging machine was discovered that masked the fakes for the original products.
Police officers are convinced that this is not the only clone plant in China, but the number of mobile devices already sold can amount to thousands, which indicates a profit of several million dollars. In this regard, Huawei recommends to all its customers to purchase goods only in retail stores, as well as from trusted sellers, because the probability of running into a fake is now extremely high.
Based on this, it should be noted that when buying any smartphone you should be as attentive as possible, since previously Xiaomi, Meizu and other brands did not fake the products if we talk about phones.
